Is the Voopoo Mojo Kit the perfect starter set up?

The Voopoo Mojo kit has been out a while and I have had it for a few months but I thought maybe it’s time to let you all know what I think to it.

The VooPoo Mojo kit comprises of a Mojo mod and the Uforce tank. It is a dinky little set up but up to scratch with every other VooPoo kit that is out.

Voopoo Mojo Kit

It’s for the beginner vaper market, someone wanting to come off the stinkies and start vaping in a convenient and easy way. This kit is perfect for those wanting something small, discreet & very easy to use.

It is a good-looking bit of kit. The buttons situated either side adds to it’s aesthetically pleasing looks and the fire button being the same colour as the screen makes it look so slick and sits flush to the mod. The screen is a good size even for a small device, very easy to read, no fancy colours or flashing lights to this mod so very discreet.

Operating it is very easy. To turn on and off you click 5 times. Click fire button 3 times to go through different coil wire. Hold down both up and down buttons and you will bring up a menu to go to wattage mode, memory mode, lock and unlock, serial number & firmware version. As you can see it is very easy to use.

The mod can be fired from 5w to 88w. Ample for a new vaper or someone using for say a MTL RTA/RDA. I used the Uforce tank & the Galaxies MTL RDA by Vapefly.

So what did i think to the kit?

Mojo Mod

The mod is a beauty to use, I absolutely love it! Vapefly Galaxies MTL RDA

It’s rapid to fire, a decent enough hit even at low watts too. There is zero ramp up time and the coils are also rapid to heat up and immediately coil down something say a Smok coil doesn’t do so very little heat from the actual tank. The mod itself never got hot either. This would work very well with a MTL tank too such as the Nautilus 2 and would look good 😉 It is attractive to male and female vapers, as it does look very sleek and angular, it feels fashionable almost. It provides good looks with awesome performance. I really do love this kit!

I also tried the Voopoo Mojo mod on its own using the Vapefly Galaxies MTL RDA and boy it was a combination! It was perfect for the job in all aspects. Low watts and the airflow closed down it provided that perfect MTL hit but open airflow & up the watts and its like a subdued DTL kit. Really worked well together & again looked the part too.

The battery lasted pretty much all day at around 40W with moderate use so compared to a lot of internal batteries it really outperformed them.

It is very simple to use and very hard to get confused with the menu’s as it is so straight forward. I didn’t try customizing my screen as like a lot of companies Voopoo doesn’t seem to support Mac’s.

The U-Force Tank

The Voopoo Uforce tank is pleasing to the eye and everything connects as it should. It looks very nice sat atop of the Mojo and is perfect for everyday use. I had the 3.4ml tank but EU edition is only 2ml but I believe but not certain that there is just a rubber bung inside the 2ml tank you take out to make it the 3.4ml. Uforce tank by Voopoo

The drip tip is made of delrin and it’s inner wall is V-shaped. This means it gathers vapour and effectively enlarges it to bring denser flavour and clouds.

It is a top fill system much like most tanks today so is easily filled and has a slide action to push it aside to fill.

The coils are simple to install and seem well made. I didn’t find them to produce the best flavour I have had from a stock coil but its adequate. As for coil life I tested the tank for a week and it was working fine but there has been problems with the effectiveness of the coils and burning out rather quickly.

the airflow slots are adjustable to suit your needs and give a tight draw to an airy one but still not as airy as say a Prince tank. Airflow was smooth and produced a fair amount of clouds.

It’s an ok tank, it’s nothing exciting really and I found the mod came to life with my Galaxies RDA.For a new vaper this would be a great piece of kit for them, providing flavour and medium clouds, easy to use and pretty good compared to some tanks on the market at the moment.

Buy it! Fabulous kit and bound to please any vaper but if you are trying to come off the stinkies this will do the job well. Perfect even for those wanting to put a RDA on it and have a slightly more stealthier vape. I would recommend this set up but not entirely sure the tank is as great as it could be.
